The Henry is excited to welcome a talented Regional Chef to lead the culinary team across the brand! Based in Phoenix, Arizona, this role will oversee the dynamic, growing division and requires domestic travel. The ideal leader brings high-volume experience, strong financial acumen, and a sharp focus on operational excellence with a proven ability to develop and inspire large teams. A background in scratch cooking is essential, along with a commitment to consistent standards. Extensive multi-unit experience is required; exposure to both independent and corporate restaurants preferred. New restaurant opening experience a plus. Looking for a leadership-driven, collaborative, flexible individual to drive business from a high level strategy mindset.
With continued expansion ahead, this is a great opportunity for a chef looking to grow within a forward-thinking organization. This role may initially focus on one location before expanding to full regional oversight.
Competitive base salary in the $110-$130k range, bonus, medical benefits, PTO plan, 401k, and several other perks.
