The culinary program is led by celebrated Chef Partner Antonia Lofaso, whose commitment to authentically inspired cuisine has continued to fuel the restaurant’s ongoing success and strong reputation in the community.

Scopa is seeking a service-oriented General Manager with a strong hospitality presence to lead the team! This role will oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, with a focus on improving financial systems, service standards, and implementing initiatives to drive new business in the community.
The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about guest experience, touching tables, and leading the team by example on the floor. Looking for someone who can lead from a place of inspiration and humility, establish a strong rapport with the current team, and foster a culture of respect, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Along with operational and leadership expertise, strong financial and systems knowledge are essential. A great opportunity to lead and grow with a beloved concept!
Compensation includes a base salary in the $100-120k range DOE with some flexibility, plus dynamic bonus structure, 50% medical coverage for the individual, 2 weeks PTO, and relocation assistance.
