Highly respected and successful restaurant & bakery group is seeking talented, high-volume experienced General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) candidates to join their team! They are specifically looking for two strong leaders to oversee their Northside LA and Southside LA-based locations. Title will be determined upon hire depending on experience level. This is a multi-unit role that will be responsible for managing all restaurant operational, HR, and administrative duties for the concepts under their purview, and prior experience leading large, multifaceted teams in an area, regional, or multi-unit capacity is required.

Prior high-volume experience is also required, as this role will be responsible for overseeing all front of house staff & operations and managing large teams of over 100+ for multiple restaurant locations. GM/AGM Responsibilities:
- Oversee and positively impact all areas of the business including: sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation
- Manage all front of house staff and guests at each location with a focus on logistics and productivity
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition
- Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all vendors and business partners
- Foster opportunities for the team to learn and grow
- Monitor restaurant performance to identify emerging trends and areas of opportunity, including new technology or service models
- Provide structures, support and training for restaurant location and help evaluate potential opportunities for improvement
- Remain committed to guest service, experience, retention of regulars, and fostering new guest relationships
- Continually strive to educate and develop of staff as it relates to food, beverage, and service
- Lead and mentor all top-level restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a presence in each of the restaurants on a regular basis
- Support with future growth plans, new restaurant openings, and concept ideation

- Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements
Candidate Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years’ experience as Regional or Area Manager/General Manager (GM), Multi-Unit Manager/GM, Director of Operations, or comparable multi-unit management role in a high-volume restaurant operation is required
- Must have 8-10+ years of cumulative, progressive restaurant management experience and proven success in a diverse, high volume, restaurant/hospitality environment
- High-volume and multi-unit restaurant management experience is required, large format corporate restaurants ideal
- Fast casual and/or upscale-casual restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is VERY strongly preferred
- Outstanding longevity in past positions and proven upward mobility and career progression
- Ability to oversee multiple concepts and understand how to operate them effectively from a remote perspective when not on site
- Proven track record in leading and motivating large, diverse teams

- Process driven and able to implement operating procedures that will continue to maximize efficiency
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Develops relationships with guests to create & maintain guest retention
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Food Safety Certification
- Flexible schedule and ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
