Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary leadership to the team

• Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency

• Support Executive Chef where possible

• Maintaining proper ordering, inventory and scheduling

• Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

Executive Sous Chef Preferred Requirements:

• 2 years past experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager

• Comfortable cooking with various proteins and grill temperatures – steak experience a plus!

• Previous experience in an all scratch kitchen

• Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
