Acclaimed Italian restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to help provide a top-notch culinary experience. A great opportunity to get into an award-winning company! The restaurant features a display kitchen and requires a Chef who is comfortable being within the guest eye. Looking for candidates from high pedigree chef-driven backgrounds.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
-Create dishes using only the highest caliber ingredients
-Staff Management including scheduling, hiring and training
-Leading and Mentoring a strong team
-Coaching and developing the team
-Effectively Manage Costs and Labor
-Creating thoughtful food that fits the aesthetic of the restaurant

Executive Sous Chef Preferred Requirements:
-3+ years minimum experience in similar role as Sous Chef
-Love for unique, quality, locally sourced ingredients
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Passion for both food and guest satisfaction
-Ability to effectively oversee Managers
-Highly motivated, passionate, and have a strong sense of humility
-ServSafe certification
-Flexibility in scheduling including working nights, weekends, and holidays
