Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the hourly team members and daily operations
  • Contribute to controlling costs and maximizing efficiencies
  • Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards
  • Ordering, inventory and scheduling
  • Provide an excellent guest experience and resolve all guest issues in a timely manner
  • Hold the team accountable to high standards while remaining hands on and leading by example
  • Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items
  • Hire, train, motivate and coach team members
  • Assess employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
  • Understand and comply with all CA labor laws

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Polished and professional
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Personality exudes hospitality
  • High integrity
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Enjoys leading and developing the team
  • Driven and passionate about the food and beverage world
  • Excellent communicator & delegator
  • Works well with deadlines
  • Drive and hold team members accountable
  • Computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft office
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
  • Food safety certification
