Vibrant, standout Italian restaurant owned by one of the industrys most revered chefs is seeking a passionate, driven Floor Manager to join their team. Candidates must be eager and willing to work with the management team to enhance the overall dining experience while upholding standards. This successful Las Vegas mainstay specializes in tableside service, exhibition cooking, and is heavily convention driven, so someone with prior event and/or catering experience would be a plus. Looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional with a strong floor presence and a polished approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Gather guests feedback, resolve guest issues and recommend improvements
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Remain hands on throughout the entire shift and assist as needed
  • Hold the team accountable to high standards while remaining hands on and leading by example
  • Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items

  • Appraise team member performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste
  • Train new and current team members on proper guest steps of service
  • Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
  • Additional responsibilities as provided by Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Fine Dining Service Manager, Restaurant Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Supervisor, Team Leader, or Service Manager experience is required
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage
  • Record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
  • Proven track record in helping to ensure guest satisfaction and food quality
  • Passion for hospitality and working with people
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to be hands on
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and support to staff members
  • Energetic, positive, reliable and dependable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
  • Food Safety Certification
