This exciting, Chef-Driven Bar & Grill features American food with approachable, California-inspired cuisine in a casual and lively setting. Serving signature comfort food favorites like wood-fired pizzas, choice cuts from the grill and a small bites menu thats as delicious as it is expansive, this Las Vegas staple is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Remain hands on throughout the entire shift and assist as needed
  • Hold the team accountable to high standards while remaining hands on and leading by example
  • Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items

  • Gather guests feedback, resolve guest issues and recommend improvements
  • Appraise team member performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste
  • Train new and current team members on proper guest steps of service
  • Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Fine Dining Serving, FOH Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Floor Supervisor, Team Leader, or Service Manager experience is required
  • Knowledge of food and beverage
  • Record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
  • Proven track record in helping to ensure guest satisfaction and food quality
  • Passion for hospitality and working with people
  • High attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and support to staff members
  • Energetic, positive, reliable and dependable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
  • Food Safety Certification
