Extremely unique opportunity for a talented an R&D Sous Chef from a high caliber background that is interested in a typically Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to work exclusively on menu development, recipe creation, and even reverse engineering recipes. Must come from recent Michelin-starred or James Beard recognized kitchens!
Salary dependent on the individual but likely in the 75-85k range. Willing to examine higher compensation for the right person.
