Extremely unique opportunity for a talented Pastry R&D Chef from a high caliber background that is interested in a typically Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to work exclusively on menu development, recipe creation, and even reverse engineering recipes. Must come from recent Michelin-starred or James Beard recognized kitchens!

Open to either Pastry Sous Chef level candidates (70-85k) or Executive Pastry Chef level (85k-100k). Willing to examine higher compensation for the right person.
