Responsibilities:
- Guiding and leading the team
- Having a good floor presence and interacting with guests
- Creating a positive and fun working environment
- Developing a positive relationship with guests
- Setting an example to the staff by providing excellent hospitality and service at all times
- Anticipating needs of the restaurant and acting upon them
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of high-volume, fast-paced restaurant experience
- Proactive and can take initiative
- Be a leader and mentor for your team
- You are good at creating a memorable gust experience
- You like to have fun and laugh, but are also hard working
- Comfortable working with a wide variety of clientele
Compensation includes:
- Base salary up to $70k DOE
- Bonus
