Seeking individuals who. . .
- Have at least 2 years Management experience at Full Service or Upscale Fast Casual Restaurant (No fast food please)
- Can work early mornings, but also has a flexible schedule
- Are systems oriented
- Have a passion for food AND hospitality
- Familiar with high-quality ingredients
- Can show up every day with a smile!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding customer service by being hands-on and interacting with guests
- Assist the GM with training and staff development
- Maintain a high level of hospitality
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Nurture a positive working environment
Compensation:
- Salary in the $50-60k range DOE
