Qualifications for Kitchen Manager

  • At least 3 years in a Kitchen Manager role or higher, along with previous experience in busy concepts
  • Must have strong leadership and staff development skills
  • Familiar with managing large teams of over 50
  • Previous high volume experience restaurant experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Background in working with systems
  • Ability to multi-task and quick problem solver
  • Reliable with strong work ethic
  • English/Spanish bilingual is preferred
