A new opportunity from BMRS Hospitality Recruitment

Director of Operations for Burger She Wrote
An Acclaimed Los Angeles Smash Burger Experience

Burger She Wrote was founded in 2021 as a joint venture by lifelong friends, pro skater Don “The Nuge” Nguyen and the late restaurateur Steven Arroyo. Their ultra-thin, crispy take on the traditional smashburger quickly garnered them a reputation as the go-to burger spot in LA for visitors, locals, and celebrities alike.

Each 100% Wagyu beef patty is hand-smashed and finished with an array of flavorful toppings – from the classic double smash with traditional fixings, to their famed, sweet & smoky Oklahoma burger served smothered in caramelized onions. Buttery King’s Hawaiian buns and crispy fries seasoned with just the right touch of black pepper complete a mouthwatering dining experience that will satisfy any palate, and keep you coming back for more!
