Salary: $70000 – $75000
Expanding artisan bread company is seeking a well-rounded Assistant General Manager to help them open their newest location. This owner operated, team focused group uses the freshest ingredients to create their superior product with strong, well-oiled systems in place. Looking for someone with a proven background in premium fast-casual concepts, basic financial knowledge, and a warm, guest-facing personality. This role will work closely with the GM to streamline operations, service, and ensure a seamless opening. Any BOH experience is a big plus, but not absolutely required. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of the job with a high level of professionalism and integrity

- Maintain cooperative relationships with all vendors, business partners, and staff

- Continually strive to educate and develop of staff as it relates to food, beverage, and service
- Ensure stellar guest experience in all areas
- Solve any guest issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Oversee and positively impact all areas of the business including: sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
- Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and deliver prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
- Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) or 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Dining Room Manager, FOH Manager in an upscale fast casual restaurant concept
- Any prior exposure to BOH is a plus
- Spanish proficiency a plus
- Strong leader and motivator to the staff and management

Compensation Package Includes:
- Base salary in the $70-75k range DOE
