Salary: $72500 – $77500
Seasonal, ingredient-driven concept is looking for a passionate, experienced Manager to join the team for the opening of their newest location in the SFV! Open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, this popular concept proudly serves seasonal, farm-to-table, fresh ingredients with California-centric cuisine made from scratch. Seeking someone with dedication and drive, a warm floor presence, and understanding of the community. Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the FOH team, hourly staff, and daily operations
- Perform all aspects of the job with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Encourage opportunities for the team to learn and grow
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
- Maintain, support, and promote company culture and philosophies
- Take initiative and help to build business
- Contribute to controlling costs and maximizing efficiencies
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide an excellent guest experience and resolve all guest issues
- Hold the team accountable to high standards while remaining hands on and leading by example
- Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items
- Hire, train, motivate and coach team members
- Assess employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Understand and comply with CA labor laws
Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Service Manager, Dining Room Manager, FOH Manager or comparable hospitality management role in an upscale, full-service restaurant concept
- Strong leader and motivator to the staff and management
