Vibrant, buzzing Mexican restaurant from a celebrated LA restaurant group is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career who is looking to grow with an incredible team and company. The ideal candidate has a true passion for hospitality, guest service, and an impeccable floor presence. This role will work directly with the GM of the restaurant to help oversee the team and ensure superior service. Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the FOH team
  • Perform all aspects of the job with a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Establish positive work culture
  • Ensure the team is well educated on menu items
  • Provide Support for GM in a positive manner
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with all vendors, business partners, and staff
  • Encourage opportunities for the team to learn and grow
  • Continually strive to educate and develop of staff as it relates to food, beverage, and service
  • Ensure stellar guest experience in all areas
  • Solve any guest issues in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Assess employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
  • Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
  • Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and deliver prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements

Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Service Manager, Dining Room Manager, FOH Manager or comparable hospitality management role in an upscale concept
  • Strong leader and motivator to the staff and management
  • Passion for food and beverage

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Base Salary in the $70-75k range DOE
  • Quarterly Bonus Structure
