Renowned, growing group is opening a highly anticipated new location in Dallas, TX in Q3 2024! This group is looking to bring on an opening Executive Chef to lead the team and continue advancing their growth and success. This impressive, energetic restaurant features a globally influenced seafood-driven menu for an exceptional dining experience! Candidates must have high-volume experience, and high-level execution is critical. This sensational restaurant operates like a finely tuned machine, and training will be provided for the Executive Chef to learn the organization’s procurement systems, core menu recipes, company culture, and other administrative functions.  This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished, passionate person to join an esteemed group!

*Requires 2-4 months training out of state with provided housing/travel expenses during that time!*

 

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead opening of new location, including all pre-opening punchlist items for culinary 
  • Drive culinary recruitment in Dallas market for culinary team – including interviewing, hiring, and training 
  • Consistent top-quality execution in a high-volume environment is critical
  • Proactively managing costs and budgets, along with all other admin
  • Motivating, leading, and mentoring
  • Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

 

Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Chef of a high-volume concept doing at least 10 MIL OR Culinary Director, Regional Chef or Corporate Chef with combined revenue of 10 MIL+ 
  • Past background in strong ingredient-driven seafood and/or steakhouse cuisine
  • Experience in respected and acclaimed restaurants 
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Highly adept and fully fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
  • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

 

Compensation / Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary in $110-130k range
