Looking for someone who is passionate about sourcing the best quality ingredients and excited to have reign over their own omakase program.
Ideal Executive Sushi Chef is someone who feels comfortable conversing with guests and creating an inclusive atmosphere. Past experience in high end sushi programs is required. Michelin or James Beard recognition level.
Compensation in the $110k-$125k range with benefits, including medical and PTO.
