Unique role for a Chef to create amazing food for the executive team of a leading company. This role is creating weekly menus primarily focused around Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish, and Mexican cuisine. The highest quality ingredients are mandatory! This role has an incredible quality of life component and is primarily Monday-Friday, day schedule. 


  • Prepare meals in a corporate dining environment, in a timely manner
  • Create fresh menus daily utilizing the highest quality seasonal ingredients.
  • Directly responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of kitchen and staff
  • Supervise all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness
  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Stay up to date with food trends, restaurants, and products
  • Respond to and execute guest requests and food orders
  • Receive and check in product as it arrives, ensuring that the highest quality products are arriving daily, return products that don’t meet standards.
  • Ensure that appropriate Sanitation, Maintenance and Safety Standards are followed


  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine of a reputable high caliber or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment in decision making.
  • Comprehensive food knowledge, which includes profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control & sanitation.
  • Must have the ability to work in any kitchen environment, high volume production in fine dining, butchering, baking, soups, stocks, sauces, roasting, sautéing, boiling and cold food. 

Compensation Includes:

  • Base salary of 100-120k
