CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR LOTUS CONCEPTS MANAGEMENT

Lotus Concepts is best known for the ViewHouse and My Neighbor Felix. View House was first conceptualized in 2010 and there are now 4 high volume locations. My Neighbor Felix features Pan-Mexican cuisine, inspired by all seven regions of Mexico. There are 3 locations with a 4th opening on the horizon. Lotus Concepts is a growing group with other exciting projects in the works!

The team is looking for a strong Corporate Executive Chef who prides themselves in taking ownership over their role and culinary functions. This is a hands on position that involves operational oversight, mentoring existing and upcoming culinary leaders, hiring and retention, developing new concepts, and new restaurant openings. Ideal candidates should have financial acumen, ability to create SOPs, and a solid track record of longevity in past roles. High volume, multiunit experience strongly preferred. The Corporate Executive Chef is an instrumental role for the group as they continue to actively expand!

Compensation for this role includes a base salary in the $175-200k range, with the flexibility to come up to $225k for individuals with extensive multiunit experience. Attainable bonus potential, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO and relocation.
