Nomada Hotel Group is looking for a versatile, experienced General Manager for Granada Hotel & Bistro. Granada Hotel & Bistro, their flagship, is located in Downtown San Luis Obispo and was originally built in 1922, renovated and reopened in 2012. It is the premiere modern boutique hotel in San Luis Obispo and contains 17 guest rooms with a nod to Spanish Colonial heritage with historical touches and contemporary finishes. Bistro, their California-French concept offers farm-to-table fare serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Other in-hotel concepts include, Nightcap, the cocktail bar, and Next Door – their lunch and catering concept.

Because there is a very strong food and beverage component at this property the GM will be expected to oversee the restaurant and will spend the majority of their time overseeing service and interacting with guests, in addition to overseeing rooms. The ideal candidate will have an extensive restaurant management background with a passion for delivering a top-tier guest experience daily. The GM should have the ability to train and mentor the F&B team with strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. Additionally, looking for someone who is process-oriented with strong business acumen to effectively manage administrative duties behind-the-scenes. This is a truly multifaceted role, perfect for a strong, organized, motivational leader who understands restaurant operations. Hotel experience preferred but not a must. Compensation for this role includes: Base salary in the $90k-$110k range plus medical benefits and paid time off.

• Hotel Ynez (formerly Meadowlark Inn), in the heart of Solvang, was originally built in 1952 and was renovated and reopened in 2021 to become a wine country retreat. The 18-room concept is built on two private acres and features gardens, a pool, bonfire pits, and an outdoor pavilion to encourage community among guests.
