Salary: $140000 – $160000
Highly anticipated opening for established and growing group! The team is looking to bring on an opening Executive Chef to lead the team and continue cultivating their growth and success. This stunning, high-volume restaurant features a globally influenced seafood-driven menu and they love to promote from within! Candidates must have high-volume experience, and high-level execution is critical. This spectacular restaurant operates like a finely tuned machine, and training will be provided for the Executive Chef to learn the organization’s procurement systems, core menu recipes, company culture, and other administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced, passionate person to join a revered group!
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Delivering incredible food of the highest caliber that is consistent with company standards
- Proactively managing costs and budgets
- Ensuring that all food meets the organization’s highest standards of quality and consistency
- High-level execution is critical
- Maintaining proper ordering and inventory
- Staff Management (scheduling, hiring, training)
- Leading and mentoring a strong team
- Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as an Executive Chef of a high volume concept doing at least 10 MIL OR Culinary Director, Regional Chef or Corporate Chef with combined revenue of 10 MIL+
- Love for quality ingredients and consistency
- High-volume experience is required
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Expert knowledge and fully fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
Compensation / Benefits:
