Seafood-centric Hollywood restaurant is looking for a Sous to join the opening team! The restaurant boasts casual, fun, and approachable seafood; the highest quality sourcing with a fin-to-nose approach of using all parts of the fish. Perfect fit for someone who is passionate about crustaceans, fish, and mollusks!

Responsibilities include: 

  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Leading and mentoring the culinary team, including hands on in the kitchen and on the line
  • Collaborate with and support the CDC and Executive Chef
  • Assist with ordering and inventory with a desire and willingness to learn other parts of admin

Sous Chef Preferred Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, Junior Sous)
  • Seafood and raw bar experience a plus!
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays

Compensation includes: 

  • Base salary
  • PTO
