Aspiring award-winning property is seeking a talented, driven Executive Chef to join the team! This is a huge opportunity with major press aspirations. The property is part of a micro-boutique hotel group that focuses on unparalleled dining experiences. Ideal candidates will be coming from a track record of chef-driven experience (Michelin, James Beard, or Forbes ideal) as well as familiar with overseeing multiple moving pieces. NO hotel experience required!

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Consistent menu development and recipe costing in line with seasonal changes and industry trends
  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Hiring and training of culinary team members
  • Maintaining proper ordering and inventory and all other aspects of admin
  • Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Oversee and own financials for culinary

Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:

  • 5+ years as an Executive Chef in a chef-driven environment OR 3 years as a Culinary Director, Regional Chef, Multiunit Chef or similar title years
  • Past experience in Michelin, James Beard, or Forbes 4 and 5 starred environments
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Creative, innovative thinking
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
