Salary: $85000 – $95000
Open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, this neighborhood favorite is looking for a General Manager to join the team! They are proud to serve seasonal, farm-to-table, fresh ingredients with California-centric cuisine made from scratch. They also serve artisanal coffee beverages and beer and wine.
More about the location and role:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience preferred in a service restaurant
- Huge powerhouse on weekends especially
- Part of a larger Los Angeles restaurant group with multiple concepts
- Self-starter who is able to follow directions and lead a team
- Strong attention to detail including food quality, food safety and sanitation, restaurant cleanliness, and team appearance
- Problem solver who can turn a negative experience into a positive one
- Tech savvy – POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedule)
- Ability to analyze the P&L and correct as needed
- Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
