Executive Sous Chef – Acclaimed Italian Restaurant Las Vegas NV
Salary: $80000 – $95000
Acclaimed Italian restaurant is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to help provide a top-notch culinary experience. A great opportunity to get into an award-winning company! The restaurant features a display kitchen and requires a Chef who is comfortable being within the guest eye. Looking for candidates from high pedigree chef-driven backgrounds.
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Create dishes using only the highest caliber ingredients
- Staff Management including scheduling, hiring and training
- Leading and Mentoring a strong team
- Coaching and developing the team
- Effectively Manage Costs and Labor
- Creating thoughtful food that fits the aesthetic of the restaurant
Executive Sous Chef Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years minimum experience in similar role (Chef de Cuisine, Exec Sous, Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef)
- Love for unique, quality, locally sourced ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for both food and guest satisfaction
- Ability to effectively oversee Managers
- Highly motivated, passionate, and have a strong sense of humility
- ServSafe certification
- Flexibility in scheduling including working nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation includes:
