Regional Latin cuisine restaurant is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee operations. The restaurant is part of a larger group and is well established in the culinary scene. The menu consists of conscientiously sourced ingredients and regional recipes inspired by their areas they come from. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys doing seasonal menu changes and being part of a longstanding team.

Executive Chef Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a healthy and dynamic kitchen team
  • Culinary admin: ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc
  • Effectively manage costs and labor
  • Stepping in to help the team wherever needed
  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency

Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of senior culinary leadership as an Executive Chef¬†
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Expert knowledge and fully fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
