Executive Chef – Luxury Oceanfront Hotel Los Angeles CA
Salary: $100000 – $125000
Luxury oceanfront hotel is seeking an Executive Chef for its beachside restaurant. The restaurant features seasonal, Californian coastal cuisine and offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean!
Responsibilities include:
Leading a healthy and dynamic kitchen team
Culinary admin: ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc
Effectively manage costs and labor
Stepping in to help the team wherever needed
Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:
2+ years of senior culinary leadership as an Executive Chef or 3+ as a Chef de Cuisine
Flexibility and adaptability as the needs of the business ebb and flow
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
Full understanding of managing a kitchen: admin + P&Ls
Compensation includes:
Competitive base salary
10 days PTO
