High-volume steakhouse is looking for an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary team. The restaurant is a part of larger, established (and GROWING) hospitality group that specializes in restaurants and nightlife operations. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing 15 MIL+ operations and a firm grasp of managing costs.

Executive Chef Responsibilities: • Execute existing core menu items with tweaks for Los Angeles market • Proactively managing costs and budgets • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency • Hiring and training of culinary team members • Maintaining proper ordering and inventory • Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen Executive Chef Preferred Requirements: • Past experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef or Culinary Director overseeing at least 15 MIL in volume
• Past luxury steakhouse experience is mandatory  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment • Previous experience in an all scratch kitchen • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety • Expert knowledge and fully fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
