Ingredient-driven Pizza concept from praised multi-Michelin starred chef is landing in LA! The team is looking for a talented Executive Chef to helm the restaurant opening. Looking for an Exec Chef from a background of well-respected restaurants – past Michelin or James Beard experience highly preferred. Open to an up-and-comer! 

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively managing costs and budgets
  2. Collaborate with R&D team in developing the dough recipe
  3. Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  4. Train, and develop the culinary team to grow to their highest potential
  5. Treat employees and staff with care, dignity, fairness, respect, and recognition
  6. Maintaining proper ordering and inventory
  7. Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-caliber concept
  2. Neapolitan pizza experience required
  3. Opening experience required
  4. Forward thinking with an eye on current food trends and seasonality
  5. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  6. Expert knowledge and fully fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
  7. Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  8. Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
