Intimate concept that is tasting menu only is a seeking a Chef de Cuisine with 2 and 3 star Michelin experience. Looking for TOP culinary talent!!! The restaurant features a blend of locally sourced ingredients from California farms as well as high end imported luxury staples. The CDC will help elevate the overall experience by bringing guests through a culinary adventure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing tasting menus in collaboration with Chef Partner
  • Leading and Mentoring a strong team
  • Effectively Manage Costs and Labor
  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of Michelin quality and consistency

Chef de Cuisine Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Chef de Cuisine, Exec Sous, Sous Chef, Executive Chef)
  • 2 and 3 star Michelin experience required, James Beard or Pellegrino recognition a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Experience in managing inventory and cost controls
