Salary: $70000 – $80000
Longstanding restaurant group with large bakery component is seeking talented FOH Managers! This is a very popular and highly successful company with a loyal following, A very exciting opportunity to join an established group that is growing!
Looking for candidates with very high-volume restaurant management experience. Must be used to managing a staff of over 100 people or more. The ideal candidate will be energetic and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Will be responsible for assisting with training, enforcing policies and procedures, overseeing the floor, and guest satisfaction. Must also be familiar with P&L and cost control. The person in this role should have a flexible schedule, days off will rotate, but are reasonable. Days off may not always be in a row, but there are no late nights!
